Midland Brick - Subiaco

Great informed service at Midland Brick. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Walked in and browsed around for quite a while, waited for service or even to be acknowledged that we were there. My husband and I were wanting to place huge order however we were just ignored so we ended up leaving. Customer service definitely needs work! Staff need to respect customers as its what they are paid for not to stand and chat with their mates.

Very knowledgeable manager at Midland Brick - Jonas was very happy to show us around and gave fantastic service.

Never any staff available, not even with other customers they're are just none available around the whole store. The one staff member we found was very blunt, zero knowledge and looked like she couldn't care less. Very unimpressed.

I recently ordered pavers and bricks from Midland brick Subiaco, and the customer service was excellent. I know nothing about bricks or pavers, simply had the amount I needed to order and Kaine guided me through the entire process. Excellent communication, gave me the weight/dimensions to arrange transport to Karratha. Would definitely recommend Midland Brick to anyone wanting to source their own materials

Was very impressed with Theresa from the sales team. I had a miscommunication with my order . She efficiently and comprehensively rectified the problem while I waited on the phone. Products are rarely a complaint on google, it is the staff and how they deal with things that make the difference. thanks

Top notch service....from the Ladies in sales to David the delivery driver.They all went above and beyond and are an asset to their employer.David the delivery driver was more than happy to place the pallet of pavers under my carport and has saved me hours of work.Hats off to you all.CheersJohn

After double checking that the salesrep Dylan, had the correct delivery date (+ or - 2days) the pavers were delvered 3 days earlier, obstructing groundworks. The message to advise me of the delivery can after the bricks were delivered. Had it not been for the bobcat driver, all the bricks would have been placed on the driveway. As is it, they still placed some on the driveway, didn't bother to ask. When I rang and asked them to shift them inside the property, I was told this would be at an additional cost, as the original instructions were to place on the verge, despite the fact they got the day wrong, and didn't advise me in time to be home or ring them. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in Perth now so they can get away with poor service.

After a lot of care and browsing I went to the desk to order paving bricks from the large display. Salesperson just shook her head. Said they don’t handle any of that selection of pavers anymore. Tried to give me a card for a brick recyclers - “might be lucky”.. I said the display and the brochure are misleading and totally out of date then. She said yeah, we should put something up.
