What can I say but Thank you ***** 5 stars all around. From the start to the finish first class service. A big thank you to Andy who advised and did our quote, to the lovely ladys in the office. Special shout out to Kylie in accounts for her Professionalism and wonderful attitude. And finally we cannot say how impressed we where with our installation team. On time every day of the installation and what a work ethic,rare nowadays nothing was to much trouble. Yesterday hubby and I visited the outdoor display area and absolutely loved what we saw.Best of all it was after hours (shift work makes life tricky at times) but the area was still open so you can walk through.The many walls and displays show off the product so you can see what it will look like in a home or outdoors. The garden displays are fabulous. Everything is grouped and labelled so you can easily find out what they are.There are samples of the bricks and pavers etc in the old building which is also open and catalogues (bricks, price list, retaining walls and pavers) are available here too.The catalogues were detailed so we could calculate quantities and price but also whether the weight meant we needed a truck or to pay for delivery.It was helpful to have the ability to look for ourselves at a time that suited us.The sales process was easy. The bricks were already split into smaller shrink wrapped amounts so hubby could ask for a pallet of half solids and half cored with minimal fuss. No hand stacking as we'd anticipated. Just forklifted right on. Woohoo.The bricks are excellent. None were broken or cracked. Colour is exactly as expected. Very happy customers here who will return.

Went to Paving World this afternoon. Had read the other review but went with an open mind. Glad I did; the staff were excellent. They were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations which we were unaware of. Pricing was on par with other quotes we had recieved.

Plenty of displays. Signage needs keeping clean. Staff could circulate more, with in formation. Parking ok but entry is terrible.

Sales office staff were courteous and helpful, however the fork lift driver in the yard when picking up samples was very rude using strong language including the F" word. Customer service training or new job recommended for him"

Jock and the team at Paving World are great, easy to deal with and happy to help where they can, renovating is hard at any stage, ours is a long term project but i know i can count on them, good to have a local company to deal with, Thank guys

I represent a group called The Friends of Inglewood Triangle and we had the privilege of being donated some pavers by Midland Brick for an intergenerational community mosaic project that will see the creation of mosaics of the living things in our bush. Claire Perks and Angelo Rubino have been a tremendous, generous help and highly responsive to our needs. I also want to mention here that if you need someone to transport your purchases, I highly recommend Alasdair at Big Red Deliveries who kindly and generously donated the transport. Thankyou to you all!!

Truly the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with - the lady who runs the place there must be the rudest person I have ever met. First, she advised I could have the bricks that I was chasing - then after I had loaded half of them she advised that I couldn't actually have them and proceeded to remove them from my vehicle. Then I took alternative bricks and deliberately tried to overcharge me by saying that I have more bricks than I did. When finally I proved that she was overcharging me, she gave me all of my change in 5 cent pieces just to be difficult and rude. If I could give this place 0 starts I would - an absolute disgrace. Make sure you don't get overcharged as these guys are rip-off merchants (note that it is not the first time I have had a poor experience with this place - the last time I dealt with them I bought $2,000 worth of bricks and had them delivered and about 30% of the bricks were broken and they refused to rectify). STEER CLEAR!!!

Very helpful up until they recieved payment for pavers. Firstly they sold the pavers I payed for on me. Tanya has lied several times about when my pavers will be arriving and seems to find the situation humorous. I was told because I am picking the pavers up from the store I am a low priority. The manager Angelo won't return any of my calls. Terrible experience. would not recommend at all
