Midland Brick - Middle Swan

Yesterday hubby and I visited the outdoor display area and absolutely loved what we saw.Best of all it was after hours (shift work makes life tricky at times) but the area was still open so you can walk through.The many walls and displays show off the product so you can see what it will look like in a home or outdoors. The garden displays are fabulous. Everything is grouped and labelled so you can easily find out what they are.There are samples of the bricks and pavers etc in the old building which is also open and catalogues (bricks, price list, retaining walls and pavers) are available here too.The catalogues were detailed so we could calculate quantities and price but also whether the weight meant we needed a truck or to pay for delivery.It was helpful to have the ability to look for ourselves at a time that suited us.The sales process was easy. The bricks were already split into smaller shrink wrapped amounts so hubby could ask for a pallet of half solids and half cored with minimal fuss. No hand stacking as we'd anticipated. Just forklifted right on. Woohoo.The bricks are excellent. None were broken or cracked. Colour is exactly as expected. Very happy customers here who will return.

Plenty of displays. Signage needs keeping clean. Staff could circulate more, with in formation. Parking ok but entry is terrible.

A dealt with Sue Menon in sales today. She should be commended for her professionalism and kind caring manner. The whole process was a pleasure. Well done Sue. And thanks very much for reminding me that RAC members get a discount at Midland Brick.

i have just in finished building a house and have gone to midland brick middle swan twice and have been very happy the service i have received have been excellent something a lot of shops are lacking these days so will be coming back.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Angelo. Straight off the bat, he was helpful and was able to source the exact bricks I needed to get the job done. He's very responsive, helpful and reliable.

Great team of people from the sales team to the yard workers, weekdays and Saturday. Everyone willing to help and take the time to answer all your questions. Friendly and not pushy. I have a branch much closer to home but prefer to take the longer drive to Middle Swan because of the helpful team there.

Delivery was fast so very happy about that. But no customer service, they delivered our bricks early but didn't think to knock and let the owners know they arrived and put 7 TONNES of pavers on our brand new grass. Even when someone says left side of the verge they dont mean on their frickin grass, common sense would of told someone not to put on grass and to put it on the driveway or the empty land. Not impressed!!!! Now our grass is ruined and we need to fix our garden.

I paid $40 per square metre for heavy duty pavers but they are like second graded stuffs. There's one load that is full of cracked and damaged pavers. Unacceptable quality.

Using my own rated trailer sales person refused to sell me the quantity i needed unless i agreed to hire their trailer for $25 a day. Why try to sell me a service i do not need? Forced me to make multiple trips as they only sold me small quantities. Very rude and inconvenienced me on a 37 degree day.
